3 Youtube Channels For Relaxing

I don’t know if you’re like me, but when life becomes too much, I typically want some much needed me time. Whether life’s going too fast, my stress level is getting too high, something’s bothering me, whatever may be the case.

In such moments, I found that slowing down, getting cosy and watching some lovely and soothing Youtube videos with a lovely sweet treat and yummy hot beverage is just what I want. Sometimes I’m seeking beautiful mother nature, at other times a mix of nature and creativity, at other times something with zero talking, etc. Depending on the day, I’d watch a different video, almost like there’s a video for each occasion.

Today I would like to share with you 3 lovely channels on Youtube that I turn to in those moments of self-care. These channels, depending on the day, may bring me some magic, calm, inspiration, solace, etc. I hope they inspire you too.

Grab yourself a cup of tea and let’s get watching!

1. Johanna’s Dream Home

Johanna is from Romania and is a woman of multiple talents. Between bushcraft and traditional crafts, there are many things she knows how to do. She renovates this old cottage home in the countryside and documents her renovation on this channel. She had a bushcraft channel I stumbled upon a while back but I don’t remember what it was called and if it’s still there.

2. Brucke

Brucke is the channel of a Japanese man who loves cabin building and wood work generally speaking. The channel is about his crafts, cabin work and adventures in nature.

3. Dianxi Xiaoge

Dianxi is a super talented woman from the Yunnan region in China and she makes videos about the lovely Yunnan food she cooks and sometimes captures scene of her family life as well. They do talk in the videos but I found the talking, combined with the filmography and music, just sit well with me.

Whereupon, I hope you enjoyed these discoveries and wish you a lovely day!
